Our online dog license purchasing website is currently down. If you need to purchase a dog license, please email licensehelp@acctphilly.org or choose one of the options below:

• Visit our shelter at 111 W. Hunting Park Avenue from 10am-6pm obtain a license in person.

• Visit one of our license retailers, right in your own neighborhood.

• Download the Philadelphia Dog License application (pdf), complete the form and mail it in.
